  • We develop it together, but the content has to come from you. You're the expert in your field and your audience, and a lead magnet or quiz that actually converts has to reflect your specific knowledge, your specific approach, and the specific people you serve.

    In practice, the strategy session at the start of every project is where we figure out the concept together — the topic, the angle, the result types if it's a quiz, the content outline if it's a lead magnet. You bring your expertise and your understanding of your audience. I bring the strategic framework and the questions that help surface what will resonate.

  • It's the specific angle that makes your quiz or lead magnet feel designed for your audience and like it could only have come from you — not from a template every other coach or photographer in your space is also using.

    Most lead magnets don't convert because they were built around a general topic rather than a specific audience. Your unique capture concept is built around two things — who your audience specifically is and what sets you apart from everyone else doing what you do. When those two things come together in a lead capture tool, the right people find you, feel immediately understood, and opt in. We figure it out together in the kickoff & strategy session before anything is built.

  • Bring it to the discovery call. If it's salvageable I'll tell you what needs to change. If it needs to be rebuilt, I'll scope that honestly. The kickoff & strategy session at the start of every project is usually what uncovers why something isn't converting and where we fix it.

  • Both. I write the first draft covering the structure, the strategy, the flow, and the call to action. You review, give feedback, and we go through two rounds of revisions until everything sounds right. You have final approval before anything goes live. Most clients change around 20 to 30 percent of the draft.

  • My specialty is systems strategy and implementation. That said, I design lead magnets in Canva using professional templates and have a strong eye for what looks clean and on-brand. For copy, I've completed copywriting training and write a genuine first draft of all emails and sequences that you then personalize in your own voice. I'd describe myself as systems-first with solid copy sensibility rather than a professional copywriter or graphic designer. If you already work with either, I'm happy to collaborate.

  • Most Lead Flow projects are complete within two to four weeks from kickoff. The kickoff is scheduled after your onboarding questionnaire is complete and your deposit is paid. If you have a specific launch date in mind, mention it on the discovery call.

  • Platform subscription costs, social media content or management, long-form sales page copy, course content production, and ongoing maintenance beyond the two-week post-handover support window.

  • Fuller Flow Partner is available for clients who want ongoing monthly support once their Lead Flow system is built and running. New sequences, platform updates, seasonal campaigns, and whatever else comes up as your business grows. Since I already know your system, your audience, and how you work, ongoing support is a natural extension of the project rather than starting from scratch with someone new.
