Client experience design & kickoff
After you book, we schedule your kickoff and strategy session. This is where we map out a plan and design your signature moment(s) — the specific touches that make your client or student experience feel genuinely different.

I build it,
you review
I configure everything according to the agreed plan — platform setup, automations, workflows, sequences, templates. You receive first drafts of all emails for review and we go through two rounds of revisions until everything sounds like you.

Handover &
training
Full end-to-end testing, written documentation, and a live training call. Two weeks of post-handover support are included.

A signature moment is a specific, intentional touch in your client or student journey that makes working with you feel different from anyone else in your space. It might be a personalized card mailed three days after someone books, a voice note on the first day of a program, or a question in your intake form whose answer gets woven through the entire experience. We figure yours out together in the kickoff & strategy session before anything is built.

Yes. I configure your contract templates using your existing language but I don't write legal contracts. If you don't have contract language yet, a template from The Contract Shop or Creative Law Shop is worth sorting before kickoff. Everything else we work through together after you sign.

All content needs to be final and ready to upload before the course setup begins. I don't edit, produce, or revise course content as part of this project. If your content isn't ready yet, we can schedule the project to start once it is. Mention it on the discovery call and we'll work out the right timing.

Both. I write the first draft covering the structure, the strategy and the flow. You review, give feedback, and we go through two rounds of revisions until everything sounds right. You have final approval before anything goes live. Most clients change around 20 to 30 percent of the draft.

For the booking and onboarding option, your contract language. I configure your contract templates using what you already have but I don't write legal contracts.
For the course setup option, your content. All videos, PDFs, workbooks, and materials need to be final and ready to upload before we begin.
Everything else including platform access, branding assets, and questionnaire answers we work through together after you sign.

That's the most common situation. Most clients come in with something partially built — a basic inquiry form, a few templates, automations that were never finished. The discovery call is where we figure out what's worth keeping and what needs to be rebuilt. You don't need to have it sorted before we talk.

Most Client Flow projects are complete within three to five weeks from kickoff. The kickoff is scheduled after your onboarding questionnaire is complete and your deposit is paid. If you have a specific launch date, mention it on the discovery call.

Platform subscription costs, legal contract writing, course content production, social media management, and ongoing maintenance beyond the two-week post-handover support window. Anything outside your proposal is discussed and scoped before it's added to the project.

Fuller Flow Partner is available for clients who want ongoing monthly support once their Client Flow system is built and running. New sequences, platform updates, and whatever else comes up as your business grows. Since I already know your system, your clients, and how you work, the transition to ongoing support is straightforward.
